After leaving the job, I was going to go out to relax. After strong recommendation from my friends, I chose the destination in the ancient capital of Xi'an. One was because it was close to home, and the other was because I had local friends. But time is limited and I don't have much time to stay, so how to arrange my itinerary has become a problem. So I summarized my experience of this trip as a reference for my friends who want to go to Xi'an.
Day 1:
Here, let me first summarize the transportation methods for foreign tourists to Xi'an: Xi'an has three main hubs: North Railway Station (bullet train), Railway Station (train) and Xianyang International Airport. There are intercity light rail trains that run directly from the airport to North Railway Station. There are also airport buses on multiple lines, which can reach the most prosperous urban area for about 20 yuan. Xi'an's subways extend in all directions. There are a total of 4 subway lines, covering the main scenic spots in the city. If you want to see the night view at night, you can also choose to take public transportation.
I arrived at Xi'an North Railway Station at 3:30 p.m. and arrived at the B & B I booked. Our first stop was Huimin Street. Bell and Drum Tower, Luoma City and Huimin Street are all in the city center, with convenient transportation and a lot of delicious food.

The next day:
When we got up at seven o'clock the next morning, we set out for Lintong. As one of the Eight Wonders of the World, the Terracotta Warriors have great historical and cultural value. There are three pits in total. Pit 1 has the largest area and the largest number of terracotta warriors. Therefore, it is recommended to start from Pit 3 first. If there is no guide, you can call a guide, otherwise it will be difficult to understand the background of the story in depth. On the way back in the afternoon, we arrived at the Lishan Natural Scenic Area, which is the famous beacon tower where the princes play the beacon towers. A local friend traveling with us said that if they came here in September, they could pick big and plump pomegranates in the pomegranate picking garden, which is a local specialty. After returning to the city in the evening, we went to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Tang Dynasty Sleepless City. We saw Miss Tumbler. There were a crowd of people, and many Internet celebrities were doing live broadcasts here.

Day 3:
Due to the long journey on the third day, we signed up for a one-day group and went to Maoling-Qianling-Famen Temple. Maoling is the largest, longest built and most abundant tomb among the imperial tombs of the Han Dynasty, but the collection has now been transferred to a special protection center. Qianling is the joint burial tomb of Emperor Gaozong of the Tang Dynasty, Li Zhi and Wu Zetian. On the east side of Sima Road stands the world-famous wordless monument. These two scenic spots are relatively close, so we set off for Famen Temple in Baoji at around 1 p.m. Famen Temple belongs to a national 5A-level scenic spot. The Nama-Shili Pagoda inside really brought me great shock. Foguang Avenue is 1230 meters long. If you can't walk, you can take a sightseeing bus. The temple is very large, and we must preserve enough physical strength. We didn't start returning until 6 p.m.

Day 4:
Although we were exhausted from a few days of travel, we embarked on the journey to Huashan early in the morning with the longing for the sword competition in Huashan. We took the cableway to the North Peak first, then the Middle Peak-East Peak-South Peak-Xifeng. We didn't dare to try the Internet celebrity plank road, which looked very dangerous. No wonder it is said that the road has been the same as Huashan Mountain since ancient times, and there is no way to go back. We returned to the Visitor Center at 4 p.m.

Day 5:
Getting ready to go home this afternoon, we decided to enjoy Xi'an's delicious food. Huimin Street, Yongxingfang and Xiaozhai are all food gathering places in Xi'an City. Everyone can prepare food guides online in advance. Many local specialties are hidden in inconspicuous alleys. The Sanqin set meal of Roujiamo, Liangpi, and Bingfeng brought a perfect end to my trip.

This trip to Xi'an can be said to have come to a successful conclusion. In addition to being tired and sweating like washing, I also gained a lot of different things. The things that once lay in the book were vividly displayed in front of me, making people deeply remember.
